"Mrs. Kirkpatrick is an amazing teacher. I knew her as Miss Massie back in the day. :) She was my teacher for Pre-K and 1st through 4th grade. She was one of my absolute favorite teachers because she provided an encouraging and loving environment for her students, and she always made learning fun. I remember learning multiplication in her class by listening to a tape that rapped the multiplication tables. It sounds silly, but it made it fun and helped me remember them. We earned paper ice cream scoops for each number we learned our multiplication tables for (numbers 1 - 12), which we got to present on a bulletin board for the whole class to see. Once we learned them all, we got to have an ice cream party! This is just one example of how Mrs. Kirkpatrick keeps her students engaged by making learning fun. I learned so much in her class because she made going to school enjoyable. Mrs. Kirkpatrick really is an awesome teacher!"
